• Communications
When you communicate with XanthiSuites or other Members, we collect information related to those communications and any content you choose to share.

When you use the XanthiSuites Platform, we automatically collect certain information.

• Usage Information
Details about your activity on the Platform, such as pages viewed, searches performed, and bookings made.

• Location Information
General location data (IP address, postal code) or precise location data (GPS), depending on your device and settings.

• Log Data
Information such as IP address, access times, browser type, device information, crash reports, and navigation activity.

• Transaction Information
Details related to transactions, including date, time, amounts charged, and related metadata.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

• Third-Party Services
If you connect your Account with services like Facebook or Instagram, we may receive profile and registration information.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

2.1 Providing & Improving the Platform

3.1 With Your Consent

3.2 Sharing Between Hosts & Guests

To facilitate bookings:

• Guests’ information is shared with Hosts during booking requests and confirmations

• Hosts’ information is shared with Guests for coordination

Billing and payout information is never shared with other Members.

3.3 Public Profiles & Listings

Publicly visible information may include:

• First name, description, and city

• Listing details (approximate location, availability, description)

• Reviews and ratings

Public content may be indexed by third-party search engines.

3.4 Host Third-Party Services

Hosts may share limited Guest information with third-party providers (e.g., cleaning or access services) solely to manage stays.

3.5 XanthiSuites Payments

Personal data may be shared to:

1. Provide Payment Services

2. Enable Platform functionality

3. Jointly market services (opt-out available in Account settings)

3.6 Legal & Safety Disclosure

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and legal interests. Where permitted, Members will be notified.

4. OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION

4.1 Communication Analysis

We may analyze messages for fraud prevention, compliance, customer support, and platform improvement using automated and manual processes.

4.2 Linking Third-Party Accounts

Linking social accounts may display shared profile data, activities, and mutual connections, subject to privacy settings.

5.1 Access & Updates

You may access, update, or delete your information via Account settings.
